Teaching is a call from God to guide generations to future. It has got its real beauty and pain. The best part of teaching is keeping the teachers/Gurus in the minds of their students .It was never easy for a teacher to find a place in the hearts of their pupils earlier and its true even today. The respect is earned and a place in heart is found through the lessons imparted by the Guru and not by a simple trick that teacher has moved her magic wand and its done. Today ,students consider technological advancement as a substitute to live teaching as information is at their fingertips. Today their mind set is completely against corrections or guidance from the part of teachers. But the connection of students and teachers will never be superseded by the so-called technology because teachers really probe into the soul and mind of their students
Many students are addicted to social media and they think that this magical world will provide all the solutions to their problems including personal problems. They are so used to this media world that they never hesitate to post any personal feelings outright to general public who are really strangers to them. It is difficult to make them understand that the dangers hidden in the nook and corner of this technology. Here, I find a group who can be of real help to youngsters who can really act as a barrier of protection …. yes, they are the so-called Gen X/millennial group ‘teachers.
Where parents fail, teachers can win! Teachers have a magical power of healing the pain and agony of students. Let everyone understand this fact and give them an opportunity to do wonders with the group.
We will see a drastic change in our society and it is never too late. Give the control of students to dedicated teachers and parents can relax. Believe that the children are now in safe hands.
Identify such gurus and completely dedicate the children to them
Enjoy your child’s emotional, spiritual and psychological growth in abundance
Find the magician for your child.
