Inclusive Education

Education for All

“Inclusion is a philosophy which embraces the idea that everyone has something of value to contribute and that everyone has the right to belong.”

— Lisa Friedman (Removing the Stumbling Block)

Children are like butterflies rising out of cocoons, growing at every step, nourished through their environment, with the support of their peers and teachers. Some, though find it difficult to come rise out of their cocoon restricted by the shame and guilt of not being able to cope up with the majority of their classmates and Inclusive education aims to bridge this gap.

Here at Viswajyothi, we believe that each student in their own individual ability can spread their wings by fostering a supporting system that enriches this environment of learning.

“Inclusion is a sense of belonging: feeling respected, valued for who you are; feeling a level of supportive energy and commitment from others so that you can do your best work.”

– Miller and Katz
